KEITH SHARP MITCHELL Passed away peacefully at The Royal Liverpool Hospital on 2nd September 2014 aged 80 years. Will be sadly missed by all his family. Funeral Service will take place at Walton Lea Crematorium on Monday 15th September at 1.40pm. Family flowers only, donations to MIND.
