JAMES KIDD (JIM) On 10 July 2014, Jim passed away after a short illness in hospital, aged 89 years. Loving husband of Jean, devoted dad to James and Janet, father in law to Ken and Diane. Grandad to Andrew, Kate and Lyndsay and a great grandad to Jack, Freya, Alex, Alfie and Libby. Service at Walton Lea Crematorium on Thursday 17 July 2014 at 1.40pm Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to The Salvation Army. c/o Maddocks Funeral Directors, Stockton Heath Warrington 01925 261803.

Grandad I am writing because quite simply I don't want to let you go, you were such an amazing beautiful man you have been the best in the world, I will miss you so much. I cannot believe you aren't here anymore. My heart is broken, nothing will replace the pain we are all feeling but our memories of you will last a lifetime.
I hope you will watch over us, we will take care of Grandma. You are our very own hero. Thank you for all of the unconditional love you have given to us all. There has never been a better Grandad than you! I love you with all my heart. Alfie keeps looking for you in the skyas he knows you're an angel! Goodnight and Godbless Grumpy Jim.
