Congratulation

P Rigby

PETE RIGBY D.J. No, this is not a death notice, although some people think his show died years ago, and so after 55 years as a D.J in this town and the north west, Pete Rigby is retiring, and again some might say, it's about time too. He would like to thank everybody from the bottom of his heart for all the good times. Thank you all those kids from The Bell Hall, The Co-op Hall, Woolston Leisure, Monks Club, The Mullberry Tree, The Fiesta, The Blue Candle, The Lion, The Carlton and the many many more for giving him such wonderful wonderful times. He would also say thank you to such honourable men as Bill Medland, Brian Epstein, Fr. Devlin, Reg Oliver, Bill Smith, Fr. Forbes, Gordon Nicolls, Ronnie Gallop who all became great friends. God bless them all. He would also thank all the groups and DJs and as Roger said "Welcome, welcome to the machine, step on board and enjoy the ride" So again, thank you, thank you all for giving me such a wonderful life and keeping me in this job for all these years. LET THE MUSIC PLAY ON My last job will be on New Years Eve at The Alford Hall with 60s group. Love and best, Pete 46 Grosvenor Ave, Warrington WA1 3BX Tel: 01925 801774
