BERTRAM ASHBROOKE 100th Birthday Celebrations The champagne was flowing at Arlington House Residential Home, Stockton Heath on Friday 20th March as staff, friends and family helped Bert to celebrate his 100th birthday. Helping the party along were 5 generations of his Warrington family, daughter, granddaughter, great grandson and great great grandson. Another 5 generations were also sending love and best wishes from Australia. The cake with a small plane on top represented the years spent with the R.A.F. After the war he became an electrician at Rylands Whitecross and British Steel. He was married to Doris for over 60 years and has one daughter . Pictured with him are 'The warrington '5'
