As a Great Sankey parish councillor and a borough councillor, I fully intend to find out why a woman of 86 years of age was put off the bus because she could not find her bus pass. (Win Rotherham, Guardian, July 27) I have contacted Clr Les Hoyle, the new chairman of the Warrington Borough Council Transport.
