WHAT has happened to Walton Crematorium? I took flowers after the grass was cut and was very disappointed to say the least. Wet clumps were strewn everywhere, I could not tell where the lawns ended and paths began. I have never seen such poor workmanship, and at a place where respect and sincerity should be paramount.
I have taken flowers there for my baby daughter for nearly 27 years and recently my husband’s ashes were interred in the same plot. At one time the lawns were like a bowling green and it was a beautiful place to sit and reflect.
So come on lads, take pride in your work, it would not take much of an effort. But I am sure it would bring a lot of comfort to many knowing their loved ones last resting place is being tendered with care.
