I WOULD like to publicly thank the doctors and all the staff for their excellent care and attention I received during my time in A&E due to a medical emergency.
In spite of very difficult conditions due to overcrowding, I was treated with care and respect by all I encountered.
Their professionalism was exemplary, and all procedures were explained clearly to me so I fully understood, such as an ECG, MRI and blood tests.
During my long stay of approximately seven hours on a trolley, I was offered food and drink to sustain me.
Of course, Warrington is in need of more homes.
However, surely a new hospital is needed as a priority to accommodate the citizens first, to give the medical staff space to work and to give patients some dignity.
Thank you all in A&E and associated departments.
