IN our teens, we all met up with friends in parks and spaces away from adults.

But the teenagers who use the bandstand in Woolston Park need stopping. Saturday showed more than 20 plastic and glass bottles thrown on the grass and path.

After picking up glass bottles I returned on Sunday to the same mess, only this time it seemed easier for bottles to be smashed instead of putting in a bin two feet away.

This happens most weekends and causes a hazard.

Let’s face it, these teenagers are not interested.

The council and police need to put a stop to this vandalism and obviously underage drinking.
