ONE of our elderly neighbours fell on the pavement on Saturday at 7.15pm.
They had a suspected broken hip.
It was pouring down and blowing a gale.
She was in so much pain she could not be moved nor could people get anything under her.
Very good neighbours covered her and gave her hot water bottles and stood over her with umbrellas.
The ambulance arrived at 9.15pm.
