ON several occasions recently, I have tried to contact Warrington Borough Council by phone without success.
It appears that unless you have a direct number or the person’s name you have no chance of contacting anyone.
The phone just rings out for ages.
Is there actually anyone working there or are they all at home on holiday?
I did find a very obscure way but never got through to the department I wanted as they would be emailed about my enquiry.
That took over an hour to sort out.
