TODAY we had the pleasure of taking our grandchildren to see Frozen II in the new Odeon Luxe cinema at Westbrook.

Just as the film started there appeared to be a minor issue with one of the public attending the film, to be honest it wasn’t that noticeable and the staff appeared to deal with the matter.

As the film finished the lights went on and the manager came to the front of the hall and apologised for the disturbance at the beginning and offered free tickets for all watching the film.

Being honest the disturbance was negligible and the offer of free tickets in my opinion was unnecessary but a refreshing welcome change in the area of customer service and I believe it should not go unnoticed – all credit to the Odeon management.
