I, LIKE a whole load of other people, use the ever growing internet shopping scene a lot.
Not just at Christmas time.
This is usually a fine experience until you are not in, due to work, or other reason, when your Royal Mail parcel arrives.
I have had to collect my parcels from the Milner Street collection point.
The queues are ridiculous, as I drive past several times a day, looking to see if the queue has gone down any.
It really does put a ‘sour end’, to the bargain you got off the net.
The problem is, the Milner Street collection point has not changed since the 1980s and cannot cope one bit with even a small rise in internet sales let alone the huge figures we have reached today.
Sort it out Royal Mail.
The scenario is getting boring now.
