LETTER: 'Building Birchwood roundabout footpaths is insane'
CAN anyone explain why Warrington Borough Council is, at great expense, building footpaths across the roundabout on Birchwood Way/Crab Lane junction?
How is anyone going to get to these footpaths without risking their lives crossing a wide road, and why would you when they don’t lead anywhere?
Yet these footpaths come complete with safety paving for the visually impaired.
What insanity.
