ON reading your article about the inconsiderate parking on roads and pavements in Warrington, I felt I had to say something about the avenue my sister lives in at

Appleton

.

Beverly Avenue is almost impossible to drive down. Some of the houses do not have driveways so people have to park on the road and pavement and the houses that do or could have a driveway cannot park on them because of a useless piece of grass at the top of the avenue.

On bin collection day there are a row of bins along the pavement also. It would be impossible for a fire engine or ambulance to get up the road in case of emergency.

Numerous letters to the council have made no difference.
