WOULD just like to say a huge thanks on behalf of the passengers on the 3.15pm Oxford Road to Lime Street last Tuesday.
John the guard and Barry the driver were absolutely superb when a passenger collapsed on the train and were an absolute credit to Northern Rail, dealing with the situation with a great amount of care and compassion.
