Lottery game
REGARDING congestion at Bridge Foot.
Instead of a lottery of choosing one out of six, which will just move the problem from one place to another, could not the existing roads be adapted into a one-way ring road system around the town?
I have heard this suggestion from a number of taxi drivers when stuck in the said jam.
