THE taxpayers of Bewsey and Whitecross, who have been waiting since 2009, are at last seeing the completion of the rebuild of Tanners Lane Health Centre.
All due to the efforts of the Eric Moore Partnership.
The original building was closed in 2009 due to building deterioration, thereby increasing the load on Warrington Hospital’s accident and emergency.
Our new shortly to be opened health centre is of a quality design and build and is most certainly eye catching.
This centre should provide in-house support services for the practice doctors, patients and staff, thereby easing the load on the hospital A&E.
The on-site support services I would like to see would include minor injuries, community nurses, ultra sound, pre and post-natal services, well man and well woman clinics, blood pressure testing, maybe part time physio or podiatry treatment.
All to support the practice doctors, patients, and staff.
Welcome back you’ve been badly missed.
