IN reply to the letter in the Warrington Guardian, November 6, from Martin Shacklady.
I am glad he had such good treatment at Warrington Hospital.
I would not have doubted it for one minute.
The only thing I wrote about was that in my time as a nurse, I would not have dreamedt of striking.
My main point of the letter was regarding charging for disabled parking, which Mr Shacklady did not mention.
I stand by my comments. I know how hard nurses work. One of my granddaughters is a nurse.
Mr Shacklady invited me to ring him and I will.
Then I can explain that he was missing the points I was making, including disabled parking.
