FOR the second week in a row, Josh Thewlis has earned maximum Steve Prescott MBE Man of Steel points.
The Warrington Wolves winger was named as Sky Sports’ man of the match for his display in the win over Hull KR on Thursday and the attending voting panel member agreed, awarding him three points.
Having also picked up three points for scoring a hat-trick of tries and four goals in the victory over Hull FC in Round 10, Thewlis now sits on seven points overall.
Centre Toby King – scorer of two tries in The Wire’s 20-8 Round 11 win – was given two points, with the remaining point on offer going to Robins forward Kelepi Tanginoa.
