WARRINGTON Wolves fans were generally pleased with their side's display in another narrow defeat to neighbours St Helens.
After keeping themselves in the game defensively in the first half, The Wire attacked in the second but could not reel their visitors in.
Here's what supporters have been saying on social media after the game...
Fair play Wire and Saints. Shame the ref didn’t give the game the last 3/4 mins it deserved at the end.

Had more than enough chances to win it , captains challenge needed as 2 massive calls could have been overturned ,

Turn up for both halves and there’s more chance of a result …

A much, much better performance than expected. Give Leon Hayes the number 7 shirt next year.

Good game with some good defence, just no attacking play!

Can we get handling and attacking as the main focus for the next training session!
Should have won that game, too many errors - again!! 🤬

Saints are the masters of the dark arts - laying on ,offside ,breaking away at the scrum and finally a pull back to deny a try - not much flair just ruthless efficiency - we are miles behind

Key decisions didn't go our way but lost the game in the first 20 minutes and poor execution on the right edge
