THERE was relief all round as Warrington Wolves ended their five-match losing run against Hull FC.
In what was the first tryless Super League game since Salford's 5-2 win over Harlequins in 2007, Daryl Powell's side edged out Hull FC 4-0 at The Halliwell Jones Stadium.
The game was far from a classic but Wire fans were largely just happy to see their side win.
Here is some of the social media reaction
Wins a win, young lads awesome again #cotw

Humanity won with this result not going to a golden point

Last 5 minutes the best part of the game. A win is a win.

Not a great performance but i feel that 0 against Hull is a major turning point for us. Defence wins games and the attack will come. @WarringtonRLFC

A lot better from @WarringtonRLFC tonight, attack still a little bit hot and miss but credit to both sides resolute defence tonight! Doesn’t matter how you Win though. Thomas Mikele and James Harrison have really added something to the pack!

Not the best game, but a win is a win, great defence last 10 minutes, something to build on
