IT is fair to say Warrington Wolves fans were much happier at full time this evening than they have been of late.
They watched their side end a five-match losing streak by beating Salford Red Devils 32-18 at The Halliwell Jones Stadium.
Here's some of how fans have been reacting, with more to follow
'Warrington Wolves - Warrington Guardian' Facebook page:
Mike Tress: Lot better better go forward and more effort in defence. Need to build on that now
Carole Watson: Much better performance than the first 3 wins faster play of the ball and less holding in on the tackles so less penalties plus better tackling and defence.
John Knox: 2 poor sides
Much better @WarringtonRLFC performance tonight, it’s what was needed and what the fans wanted a bit of passion a bit of desire and more enthusiasm, they need to build on that and show that against @hullfcofficial on Monday!

Much better, mean Salford let us play well but that’s the reaction we needed. There was a set in the 1st half where I thought I was watching Penrith/ saints

Well done, I've been critical but heart and passion showed by all today. Keep it up. Mulhern man of the match for me.
