WARRINGTON Town's trip to Basford United tomorrow has been postponed.

Yellows were due to travel to the Nottingham-based side for a Northern Premier League Premier Division fixture but the league have confirmed the game has fallen victim to Storm Eunice.

The inclement weather has caused damage to Basford's Greenwich Avenue home ground and thus it cannot host the fixture.

A new date will be confirmed in due course, with Town's next fixture being a home game against Morpeth Town on February 26.
