WARRINGTON Town and Warrington Rylands were on different ends of 4-2 scorelines in their latest pre-season friendlies last night.
Yellows were victorious at Wythenshawe Town, coming from behind after Deane Smalley headed home a corner for the hosts.
New signing Sean Miller equalised from the penalty spot after Josh Amis was felled and after the break, Paul Carden's side went up a gear.
A trialist surged onto Bohan Dixon's slide-rule pass and finished well to put them ahead before Luke Duffy's excellent cross was then headed home by Matt Regan.
The impressive Duffy then went from provider to scorer, twisting and turning his way through the defence before finishing across the goalkeeper.
Wythenshawe had the final say with a penalty, but Town were convincing victors.

Carden's men face a double-header of friendlies on Saturday – they visit St Helens Town and Litherland REMYCA, with the games kicking off at 12.15pm and 2pm respectively.
Meanwhile, Rylands will take plenty from their clash with Premier League side Everton's under 23s side despite finishing on the wrong end of the scoreline.
The Toffees youngsters quickly went 2-0 in a game played behind closed doors at Everton's Finch Farm training ground thanks to goals from Lewis Dobbin and Tom Cannon.
Kane Drummond reduced the arrears with a low drive before two more goals from Dobbin completed his hat-trick and put Everton 4-1 up at the break.
However, Dave McNabb's men were the better side after the break and pulled a further goal back when Ste Milne converted a penalty after Drummond was fouled in the area.
