GOLF prodigy Luke Burrows was only one shot off the course record when he secured victory in the under 18s category of Poulton Park Golf Club's Mike Hall Series.
Burrows shot 65 a nett score of 64 to triumph in the fourth round of the series.
Luke Ince won the under 15s competition for the second time but was later beaten by 13-year-old newcomer Luke Myatt on a back nine card play-off in the Junior President's Day competition.
