FRESH from his third nightly win in the PDC Premier League Darts, Luke “The Nuke” Littler is back in EuroTour action this weekend.
The tournaments continue apace for the 17-year-old Warringtonian as he takes part in the Austrian Darts Open – the fifth European event of the year – where he will be bidding for his second EuroTour title having taken the Belgian Darts Open last month.
Littler’s campaign gets underway tonight as he faces a to-be-confirmed Host Nation Qualifier to close the evening session in Graz.
Should be come through that game, he will face a second-round reunion with Australia’s Damon Heta, who triumphed over him in an epic UK Open quarter-final earlier this year.
Former Padgate Academy student Littler will head to Austria riding the crest of a wave having all but sealed his Premier League play-off spot by winning Night 13 in Liverpool last night, and he will be joined this weekend by his fellow Premier League competitors Michael Van Gerwen, Gerwyn Price, Rob Cross and Peter Wright.
The action can be watched on Viaplay in the UK and Ireland while it will also be streamed via PDCTV.
