WHOEVER wins Sunday’s Challenge Cup quarter final between St Helens and Warrington Wolves will know what awaits them in the next round when they step off the Totally Wicked Stadium pitch.

It has been confirmed that the semi-final draw will take place during half-time of Sunday’s game as part of BBC Sport’s coverage.

The results of the other three quarter-finals will be known by the time the draw takes place, with the clash of neighbours being the final game of the weekend.

When and where will the Challenge Cup semi-finals be?

Semi-final ties will take place over the weekend of May 18-19, with the BBC set to broadcast both games live.

Venues will be confirmed once the ties are set, with both set to be played at neutral venues. The RFL are aiming to confirm both the venues and broadcast arrangements as early as possible during week commencing April 15.

Last year, The Halliwell Jones Stadium hosted the semi-final clash between Leigh Leopards and St Helens while Wigan and Hull KR faced off at Headingley.
