Since first joining the club as joint-manager alongside Stuart Wellstead back in 2018, McNabb presided over 154 matches.

Of those games, 106 ended in victory – a staggering win ratio of 68.8 per cent – while there were 16 draws and 32 defeats.

During his time as manager, the club were promoted three times – they won the North West Counties League First Division South title in 2018-19 and the Northern Premier League West Division crown last season, while their NWCFL Premier Division record over the two Covid-disrupted seasons saw them elevated.

Perhaps most memorably, however, McNabb led the club to Wembley Stadium having reached the 2021 FA Vase Final, where they beat Binfield 3-2 to lift the trophy.
