WARRINGTON Town kept up their winning start to pre-season and were in the goals again on Saturday.
Jordan Buckley netted a hat-trick as Paul Carden's side won 3-1 at North West Counties League side St Helens Town – their fourth win in as many friendly matches.
They have also scored 16 goals in those games, but the quality of opposition will now step up as their home friendlies approach.
Their next test comes on Saturday and sees League Two side Tranmere Rovers visit Cantilever Park as the ground hosts its first match since last October.
Yellows were due to travel to City of Liverpool FC for a friendly tomorrow night, but the game has since been called off.
