WARRINGTON Wolves may have been on the losing side against Huddersfield Giants, but Daryl Clark still picked up Steve Prescott Man of Steel points from the game.

The hooker, who crashed over for a second-half try in The Wire's 26-20 defeat, was awarded two points by the watching member of the voting panel.

Huddersfield full-back Lee Gaskell was given the maximum of three points after his two-try showing, while the remaining point went to Giants centre Ricky Leutele.

Clark is now tied with Ben Currie as Warrington's leading Man of Steel point scorer so far this season, with both having scored five points.

St Helens' Jonny Lomax and Catalans' Sam Tomkins are joint leaders on 12 points.
