WOOLSTON Social Club is the new home of Super League crown green bowls action in 2021.
Warrington's cream of talent from a selection of clubs, which previously played as King and Queen, will come together as Woolston for Manchester Premier League matches, with a tasty fixture for starters on Wednesday, May 19, 7.30pm start.
The 2019 league champions and championship play-off winners Red Lion from Westhoughton will be the visitors and a night of top-class bowls is expected.
The home squad includes Kevin Wainwright, Damian Morrison, John Brown, Alan Manuel, Larry Wells, Tony Gatley, Ste Gilfedder, Andrew Wightman, Ste Jackson and Rob Lawrenson along with back-up provided from Woolston players including Harry Horton, Ian Porter, Mark Norris, Ste Peters, Chris Ashton, Simon Harrison and Jonno Charlton.
