THREE members of Daryl Powell's backroom team at Warrington Wolves have been confirmed.
Coaches Ryan Sheridan and Danny Evans and analyst Steve Mills – all of whom currently work under Powell at Castleford Tigers – will join him when he takes over at The Halliwell Jones Stadium next year.
Sheridan and Evans will be Powell's assistant coaches while Mills will take on the role of head of analysts
The Wire had already confirmed that incumbent assistants Lee Briers and Andrew Henderson and head of analysts Jack Phillips would be moving on to allow Powell to bring his own support staff to the club.
Former Ireland international scrum-half Sheridan, who represented the likes of Leeds Rhinos and Sheffield Eagles as a player, worked under Powell as assistant coach at Featherstone Rovers before following him to the Mend-A-Hose Jungle in 2013.
He was also the Ireland assistant coach for the 2017 Rugby League World Cup, where he will have worked with current Wire prop Joe Philbin.
Evans has been working as head coach of the Tigers' under 16s.
He has had three separate spells in temporary charge of Featherstone – the club he played extensively for during his playing days.
Mills returns to Warrington having been a performance analyst for the club's academy and a community coach for the Warrington Wolves Charitable Foundation previously.
