COREY Beechall was busy at Sale Harriers’ latest indoor open meeting on Sunday.
The Warrington Athletics youngster competed in three events in the under 15s age group, finishing on the podium in all three.
A new personal best 60m hurdles time of 10.21secs saw him finish third, which is also where he finished in a mixed high jump with a clearance of 1.40m.
Beechall finished off with a second place in a mixed long jump having recorded a leap of 4.35m.
In the same age group, Amelia Smithers came home second in her 600m race, clocking 1min 50.98secs.
Lisa Halliday was in action over two under 17s events – a personal best time of 10.54secs took her to third place in the 60m hurdles while she finished fifth over the same distance in a straight sprint, clocking 9.05secs.
To round off the club’s representation, Olivia Ashdown finished fourth in her under 17s 300m race in 43.78secs.
