ALEX Whittle has decided his future lies away from Warrington Town.
The left-back was offered terms to remain at Cantilever Park but has instead chosen to sign for National League North outfit Boston United.
It takes the number of players from last season's Yellows squad to have departed to four, with Robbie Evans, Adam Hughes and Marcus Cusani also leaving.
However, every other squad member has agreed to stay and with everyone's future now decided either way, manager Paul Carden can focus on recruitment.
Winger Alex Byrne is Town's only new signing thus far but they are believed to be closing in on a central midfielder.
Carden will be hoping to have the majority of his business done before the start of pre-season on Tuesday, July 2.
