BEN Currie has not been charged for his alleged crusher tackle on Wigan's Taulima Tautai in Saturday's Magic Weekend victory.
The RFL's Match Review Panel saw it fit to clear the Wire second rower of a dangerous contact charge despite Wigan coach Adrian Lam calling the second-half incident "the definition of a crusher tackle."
No Wire players have been charged by the panel, but Friday's Challenge Cup opponents Hull KR will be without captain Joel Tomkins for the quarter-final clash.
Tomkins has been hit with a Grade B dangerous contact charge from their Magic Weekend win over Salford, resulting in a one-match penalty notice.
