HOW HAS THEIR SEASON GONE?

The Linnets finished second in their division, pipping Stourbridge to the runners-up honour.

Notoriously hard to beat, they lost only eight of 42 games in the regular season and their tally of 80 goals is bettered only by runaway league champions Kettering Town.

WHO’S THE MANAGER?

King’s Lynn are managed by former Premier League footballer Ian Culverhouse, who spent much of his playing career at Norwich City.

He formed part of manager Paul Lambert’s backroom team at Colchester United, Norwich and Aston Villa.

This is actually his second spell in charge of the Linnets – he led the club to a play-off final defeat last season before leaving for Grantham Town.

His spell at the Gingerbreads was brief and he rejoined King’s Lynn last November.

DANGERMAN:

Adam Marriot – a man Yellows will have to keep a keen eye on, and a man bang in goal-scoring form.

Having finished as the Southern Premier Central’s leading marksman with 24 regular-season goals, Marriot made the key difference in their play-off final win over Alvechurch by netting twice.

He can count Cambridge United, Stevenage and Lincoln City among his former clubs.
