WARRINGTON Town will face Cheshire rivals Nantwich Town in their Evo-Stik Premier Division play-off semi-final.

The tie was confirmed after the final round of regular season fixtures in which Yellows - who made several changes to their starting line-up - drew 2-2 away at fellow play-off qualifiers Buxton.

As Warrington finished higher in the final league table, the tie will take place at Cantilever Park on Tuesday, April 30, kick off 7.45pm.

Town secured their highest ever points total at this level thanks to a late equaliser from Mark Roberts at Silverlands.

They had trailed twice, with Bohan Dixon equalising for Yellows in between goals from Jude Oyibo and Liam Hardy for the Bucks, who will travel to South Shields in the play-offs.

However, Roberts' equaliser means Yellows go into the play-offs on an eight-match unbeaten run.

Tickets for Tuesday's play-off tie are available on the door and cost £10 for adults, £6 for concessions and £2 for under 16s.
