IT looked as though he may have been the latest new arrival at Wolves, but Kurt Baptiste has decided on a move to another English club.
The Papua New Guinea hooker has been confirmed to have joined Leigh Centurions on a one-year deal from NRL side Canberra Raiders.
Several reports in the Australian media had strongly linked The Wire with a move for Baptiste, but the trail went cold.
Wolves look set to go into the 2018 season with Daryl Clark and Morgan Smith as their main dummy-half options.
