WOLVES prop Ryan Bailey has escaped punishment after he was cited for striking during Friday’s defeat to Hull FC.
The former Leeds man was pulled up for dropping on an opponent on the ground, namely Black and Whites scrum-half Marc Sneyd, in the 78th minute but the RFL have decided against charging him.
Airlie Birds skipper Gareth Ellis was also cited for a shoulder charge on Wolves prop Ashton Sims, but he too has escaped punishment.
The following charges have been issued by the match review panel:
Justin Horo (Catalans) - Grade A Dangerous Contact (EGP available).
Josh Charnley (Wigan) - Grade A Dangerous Throw (EGP available).
Joel Tomkins (Wigan) - Grade A Dangerous Throw (EGP available).
The following players have been cautioned by the match review panel: Jon Wilkin (St Helens) – Tripping.
Oliver Roberts (Huddersfield) - Dangerous Throw.
