MEMBERS of the 1986 squad will be back together when the Wire Fan Club stages a reunion of the Premiership Trophy winning Warrington side next week as part of Warrington Wolves’ 140th anniversary celebrations.
Bob Jackson will be flying in from Australia to join coach Tony Barrow and former teammates in a tribute night being paid to the memorable 38-10 victory over champions Halifax at Elland Road.
The players will be mixing with the fans are sharing their memories of the great occasion from 30 years ago.
The Premiership Trophy, which is now retired and retained by the Rugby Football League, will be on display.
Tickets for the event in the Jubilee Suite at the Orford Hub on Thursday, May 26, at 7.30pm are priced £10 and available from the Wolves Charitable Foundation office at The Halliwell Jones Stadium.
