WOLVES winger Tom Lineham grabbed two tries as he turned out for partner club Rochdale Hornets in their game with Toulouse on Sunday.
The winger, signed from Hull FC in the off-season, has scored ten tries for the Wolves in 2016 but was dropped for last week’s game with Huddersfield after head coach Tony Smith said he had lost form.
He was included in the 19-man squad for Friday night's derby with Widnes but was left out of the matchday 17.
However, he provided a timely reminder of his abilities ahead of Thursday night’s clash with Wigan by crossing twice in the space of five first-half minutes at Spotland.
His efforts weren’t enough to secure a win for Hornets, though, as the two unbeaten League One sides battled to a thrilling 28-28 draw.
Wolves forward Joe Philbin also appeared from the interchange bench for Alan Kilshaw’s men.
