LYMM, back to a full complement after last week, secured a confidence boosting win over Wilmslow.
The hosts enjoyed the pace and athleticism of Junior Colts and returning students as well as the strength and experience of Andy Norcott in the front row.
Lymm's confidence in their dominance of possession encouraged them to go for the lineout option rather than kicking for points and they eventually drove over for an important try.
After an hour the Lymm team led by Paddy Jennings started to find gaps in the Wilmslow defensive line resulting in some exciting running combinations and some excellent tries.
