WARRINGTON Wolves returned to Redfern Oval today for a training session with Russell Crowe's South Sydney Rabbitohs.
Rabbitohs' training ground and spiritual home was where the two teams met for a season warm-up game at the end of Wolves' three-week training camp two years ago.
Skills and drills were put to the test as well as some opposed rugby on day three of Wolves' latest adventure Down Under that is preparation for Wolves' 2014 Super League campaign.
Former Wolves centre hero Matt King, a two-times Challenge Cup winner with the club before returning home to play for the Rabbitohs, was in attendance to catch up with old friends.
And it was also the first training session for Wolves new boy Roy Asotasi, who was a Rabbitohs player up until four months ago.
It was also a reunion for the England boys in the ranks of the two camps, with the likes of Ben Westwood and Chris Hill coming together again with the Buress brothers - Sam, George, Thomas and Luke.
