A WELSH council is advising people to 'walk like a penguin' in the snow.
Caerphilly County Borough Council has been sharing tips on 'navigating safely over slippery ice' and says the best thing to do is keep your knees loose, extend your arms to the side to keep your balance and point the feet out slightly just like our polar pals the penguin.
