A NEW building at MEPC Birchwood Park is fully let - less than a year after it was completed.
The 47,500 sq. ft. building, 305 Bridgewater Place, has reached full occupancy thanks to the arrival of the Ministry of Justice.
The ground floor, which is being fitted out to create a court, is to be used for the upcoming Hillsborough inquest this month.
Andrew Cowell, commercial director of Birchwood Park, said: “Bridgewater Place being selected as the venue for the Hillsborough Inquest is a testament to the quality of the building and the location of Birchwood Park in the north west.”
An existing Birchwood Park customer has also agreed a pre-let deal for the first and second floor of the building.
The Bridgewater Place scheme, designed by BDP, previously scooped a regional award for Best Commercial Space at the British Council of Offices.
