HE conquered the big red balls once and now Dan Costello is about to do battle with them again.
The 25-year-old Winter Wipeout champion will now do battle to find the champion of champions for the BBC One show.
Dan, of Griffiths Street, Westy, was nicknamed ‘short shorts’ Dan by presenter Richard Hammond for his skimpy blue shorts and posted the fastest time on the first qualifier for the series - helped by a successful crossing of the famous big red balls.
And now he hopes to do Warrington proud once again after he jetted out to Buenos Aires to film the second programme in November.
See how Dan gets on this Saturday when the programme is on BBC One at 6pm.
