AN anti-valentine poem calling for better relationships between coustomers and energy companies has been released by a Warrington service.
The energy ombudsman, based on Greenalls Avenue, publichsed the poem on its website, read by poet Matt Harvey.
The poem is a message from the viewpoint of a disillusioned customer who has had enough of a liaison with an energy provider and is writing to break it off and is published at ombudsman-services.org.
Chief Ombudsman Lewis Shand Smith said: “A relationship must be worked at.
“More and more we’re encouraged to switch but it can appear complicated.
“Companies can help by talking about their bills, processes and procedures in simple language so that we feel valued, appreciated and loved.”
