A SECOND man has been charged in connection with a fire at Peninsula House on O’Leary Street.
Liam Brown, of Bruce Avenue, is accused of arson with intent to endanger life and section 47 assault.
The 24-year-old was arrested last week and will now appear at Warrington Crown Court on Monday, February 27.
He will be joined in the dock by Thomas Morley, aged 20, of Lewis Court.
Morley has already been charged with the same offences that are alleged to have taken place at the block of flats on February 1.
