A MAN has been charged with attacking a 12-year-old boy in the town centre.
Kyle Galbraith was arrested on Saturday.
The 20-year-old has now been charged with a section four public order offence.
He will appear before Warrington Magistrates on Friday, February 27.
Galbraith is accused of kicking the young victim on Bridge Street on January 22 at 3.20pm.
He is then alleged to have grabbed the 12-year-old by his collar and thrown him to the ground.
