THESE pictures show a thief stealing expensive power tools from a Lymm building company.
The intruder moves carefully around the store room at Hartwell Developments, Camsley Grange Farm, Camsley Lane during the break-in at 3.52am on Friday.
He uses his mobile phone to search for items to steal before picking up copper wire and cable.
Numerous power tools are also taken including a petrol stihl saw, nail gun and other equipment worth around £2,000.
Part way through the burglar realises he is being recorded and covers the camera with a glove.
Steve Higginson, who owns the business, had removed the tools from a van that day as he thought they would be safer in the store room.
He said: “It will be difficult to replace everything without a doubt, because of the cost.
“These are things used on a day to day basis.
“We will have to hire stuff which is a smaller cost compared to buying it.”
